Animated Dock

Looking for a dock to add to my project it will function like the one located

but instead of working on the desktop i want a dock in my application that will act as a regular command button with click event.

Project is in VB.NET VB not C sharp. I currently have something that workd but use flash and it does the job but flash is not 64 bit so I am looking for somebody to make this from scratch and then I will add it to my existing project.
