Configure Dialogic D/4PCI Card

I purchased a new Dialogic D/4PCI card recently - I will install the card on a dedicated server running Windows 2003 Server (Enterprise) and give you remote access to the new server. I have a dedicated phone line (US-based) that you can use to configure/test the card... one of two lines that will be used by the card. I would like you to install and configure the card to work with the evaluation version of VoiceGuide software ([login to view URL]). If you have another software product in mind, I am open to suggestion - but it should be comparable to VoiceGuide - basically, I need to be able to trigger a script to query my database over the phone (VBScript/MySQL) and have the results spoken back.
