Build a simple Pizza store with MS access

Start with given file but feel free to modify so it would make sense

NOTE: there is no server or website needed, everything should be included and run from one Access file only. Required knowledge about VB script

Automatically calculate price

First page show up is 2 buttons: look up past order and place a new order

if choose look up past order, let user look up order by their phone number

if chose to place new order, bring up ordering page

order page:

option to select between a few different types of pizza

order date have to be between current date and in the next 7 days

at the bottom has summit and cancel button
