can't play freeswitch g723 audio files

i used Alison_Keenan-British-English-g729 audio files and freeswitch is playing it fine when call comes in using codec g729
but freeswitch can not play Alison_Keenan-British-English-g723 audio files when caller use g723 codec, it sounds like noise.
i need help to play g723 audio files.
freeswitch is running under windows 2003 server. i need Alison_Keenan-British-English-g723 or g723.1 audio files which i can play by putting the audio files in respective sound folder of freeswitch just like i am able to play Alison_Keenan-British-English-g729. please send me a sample audio file for testing before i award the project.

G.723 codec is not supported , but G.723.1. And freeswitch has no feature for transcoding G.723
