Craigs list / Web Ads / Profit partner

Looking for an experienced IT person that has working knowledge of craigs list and other ideas for web promotion. I would like to offer the right candidate profit sharing in the campaign. We are a hedge lender offering stock loans. We have a very sophisticated website and HTML banners ready for use, also back end tracking available to you for reports. We have been established since 1999 and are currently taking in 50+ applications per month with a small network of word of mouth. Partner would receive .50BPS on funded loans (100BPS= 1%) (500k loan amount=$2,500 commission)Our average loan size is 1MM. Recently posted 1 ad in the financial offerings section of my local craigs list site and received 3 calls and 1 application.
