Automated Daily Financial Market Conditional Watch Alert - Google Sheets

I would like to monitor approximately 100 different Indices/Commodities/Currencies on a daily basis. However rather than reviewing 100 different price tables each day, I would like to be alerted when a particular event occurs.
The event that will trigger an alert is an Exponential Moving Average Crossover. That is, when the 5 EMA crosses the 12 EMA on the price chart for the close price on a daily chart then I would like to be alerted.
There are a number of indices (S&P100), commodities (AUX) and currencies (AUDUSD) that I would like to track on a daily basis. I will compile a full list once the project is awarded.
A consolidated automated report that is emailed with a list of all the alerts each day would be great as soon as the market closes for the day.
The report should be automated, and I will need to be able to access and modify the original data set so that i can modify the EMA parameters and add additional Indices/Currencies/Commodities when i would like to.
Utilising Google Sheets would be a preferred method but I am open to other suggestions.
