Datamining / screen scraping from websites

We are looking for a piece of data mining work to be undertaken which extracts the address of the stores for a number of Australian wide retail companies. The individual will need to visit the websites of the retail companies (as listed in the excel spreadsheet), identify all stores the company has and fill in the address information into the attached spread sheet.
There are a number of pieces of information we need for each store, for each retail company:
Store Name (as appropriate)
Shopping Centre the store is in (as appropriate)
Address Line 1 - the first line of the address of the store
Town
State
Post code
These would then be entered into an excel spreadsheet, for example:
Store Name: Bondi Junction
Shopping Centre the store is in: Westfield Bondi
Address Line 1: 500 Oxford Street
Town: Bondi Junction
State: NSW
Post code: 2022
Please quote on the basis of 1,500 data entry points.

- To the extent you need to search for store locations to find the addresses, we recommend searching by Australia state:
Victoria
New South Wales
Queensland
Western Australia
South Australia
Northern Territory
Australian Capital Territory
Tasmania
- We require you to send through a worked example once you have completed the task for 20 stores. This will enable us to verify your work and to ensure you understand the brief.
