Accounting software in the cloud - Google Enterprise

We require experienced team to assist in completing an cloud application for uploading to Google Enterprise. We have previously completed a working system (installed as LAMP setup) connected to our e-commerce system but would like to transfer this system to the cloud and make it available to our customers. 1. We require a good designer for the look and feel as this is very important and must be user friendly. 2. We require experience in financial and accounting matter for the functionality, and 3. We require someone experienced in Google Enterprise apps and cloud computing. This is not a start from scratch project, our system needs to be reviewed and made to function as robust accounting system and improve look at feel. Of course there is programming and design work. but the general functioning has already been created. Similar systems we looking at are Freshbooks, FreeAgent or Xero etc. Additional work in transferring our e-commerce system to the could is available on successful project completion.
