CSS project. (Convert PNG to CSS)

Hi! First of all, I'm Jan from the Netherlands and this is an opportunity to work with an awesome team. We're always on top of current developments and we love to make on site after another. I've prepared a good design for the frontpage, but I'm lacking time to convert it to CSS. I'm in need of a experienced CSS-guy/girl, who knows his way around CSS. This means using styles, which fit IE6/7/8, FF, Opera, Safari. Besides this the site should be quick to load, so we'll need to use things like: background: url(../images/[login to view URL]) repeat-x left; Optimization of CSS is pretty important in this project. I could do this project myself easily in 1 day, however, because of lacking time, I'm not getting to it. Please make a good bid. Being able to talk on Skype is not required, but it would make communications easier. Well, I hope we'll meet soon! Jan PS.
