Convert PSD to Responsive website

I've a PSD mock-up which I designed myself, and need to convert this to one of those flat responsive websites that are so common nowadays. As a great example, check this site : [login to view URL] You'll notice that on that website, regardless of how you resize or shrink the browser window, the content of that website responds and positions itself beautifully, almost like water. In my case, my website is much more simpler : there are only 3 pages : Gallery 1, Gallery 2 and a About me page. You need to be proficient in HTML5 (HTML5 Video as well) + CSS3 and be experienced in the use of integrating an external script to do some basic HTML5 videos and simple animation. The script I'll be using is this : [login to view URL] I'll be providing the videos and all content; you just need to integrate them accordingly. The website needs to look good on mobile phones, tablets and PCs. The website's layout is very simple. As this project is urgent, I would need it to be done within 3 working days from the date of awarding this project. If you can finish it faster (while maintaining quality), even better!
