To provide administrative and Project Management support to our fast paced and exciting Business. Duties & Responsibilities: You will be responsible for: (Daily Admin tasks but not limited to:) • Preparing Emails • Internet Research • Updating phone and Email lists. • Sending Emails • Coordinating events • Marketing Management • Data entry and filing • Updating Company Calendar • General Admin duties Qualifications and Experience We’re looking for someone with administration/support experience and great PC skills (MS Word, Outlook, Powerpoint, Excel etc.). You must be able to speak and write perfect English and be a team Player and you must also have a Smartphone as backup for communication purposes. The perfect candidate for this post need to know Constant Contact , Wordpress, basic HTML,basecamp, Instant teleseminar would be a plus. and 1shoppingcart. The successful candidate will be extremely organised, efficient and self motivated. The candidate MUST have a very fast internet connection ( At least 5 MBPS ), must be tech savvy, must have project management experience, must have technical support experience and also must have good marketing background.
