Data entry focus on: Converting existing content/data/images currently in MS Word & Excel (about the product details) into Joomla Virtuemart Content Management System and publish online.
Input:
We will provide all the relevant product info, product dimension, product image, sku codes, pricing, stock quantities in excel format and have a working document on how to update into the CMS system we are using.
There are approx 500 product items & images that needs data entry/update into the CMS including pictures. All data & process on how to update into the CMS will be provided.
Output:
We require all the 500 product items to be uploaded into the CMS as well as all the related product images for each product. There will be some manual searching involved in categorising each product item into the right category & using the search function tool to select other related products for each product item.
Skills: Require timeliness, accuracy in updating, proof checking all updates are correct including spelling, dimensions, ability to categorise the product in the right categories and have previous experience using a CMS eg Joomla & knowledge of HTML eg font styling for each product ad copy submitted.
Payment: Full payment will be paid only upon completion of the project tasks & by deadline.
Communication: We will require direct liaison eg msn/skype & email initially to review a few of the published content pages and can be online to assist with any issues/support.
