Animated Character

I need an experience animator or designer for the following: animated character I need two distinct talking virtual characters for my website. One male and one female. The characters will assist vistors once they reach the main page and relay relevant information about the site to user. I require the characters to be sexy and sensual and should be enticing to either a male or female vistor. I have located a site that does this but I require an original character and full body. ---Currently, the site is not up; however, you may be working with several other designers as the project proceeds. ---Also, I am not sure if this is possible. If the character could read a text file that is easily modified that would be great. Let me know is possible and what is not. New to animation.
