Assistant Web Designer Needed Immediately!

I need a website design assistant to design layouts or mockups for wordpress websites. It is very important that before you bid on this project, you assess that your english communication skills is close to native level or english bilingual level as this job requires ample communication and collaboration for every nook and cranny of the design to be completed in a manner that my clients will approve of. If you do not understand or is not able to communicate in english very well then please dont waste your time bidding on this project. Please see the wireframe and a sample design of that wireframe as attached to this project. If you think that you are able to come up with a design like that based on very specific set of instructions , then this job might be fit for you. I require constant communication on a daily basis on skype so this project is not for those who are not easily reached through messenger or email either. P.S. I will conduct an interview before accepting anyone for this project so please again do not bid if you cannot communicate in english well. This job will be paid on a per task basis depending on what designing task is needed so a paypal account is also a requirement for this project.
