Banner Graphics - Skilled Photoshop Expert Needed

I have a basic idea of what I want, but you must have good ideas so you can make my ideas better so the graphics are amazing and look perfect with my website. For this project, you will create the following: I am currently not happy with the banner we have on our company website. We need something professional. The task explanation please check the word document in this posted project! It was not possible to post it here because freelancer does not allow so long text to post. To clarify: the banner for our project will require excellent graphic design and Photoshops skills along with good attention to small details. These will also use stock images. Do you have access to stock photos? If I have to buy stock photos for you, then please tell me in advance and keep this in mind when you bid. The banners will probably require several different mock-up options/examples at the beginning for me to pick from. There are several different directions (ideas) the designs could be created, so I wanted to find the one layout that would work best, so you would try to make several different mockup designs (quick rough drafts, nothing perfect or detailed, so this should be easy) at the beginning so we can narrow down the best ideas and make it perfect. I hope that makes sense. RECAP OF ENTIRE PROJECT: you will create 7 banners total, and touch up 3 images to make the fading edges cleaner/smoother. When the project is finished, I would like a .psd file for each banner/image with the separate layers in case I need to edit something in the future. The finished files should also be saved in jpg and png so I can use them. I (and my company) will become the sole owner of all files, artwork, copyrights, etc. once payment is sent. My budget is about $40 to $70. If I receive many bids from people who can do everything I need, the project will probably go to the lowest bidder. I also want to work with someone that will provide excellent customer service; this includes providing good communication and keeping me updated on the project, making revisions until every detail is perfect, and doesn't mind helping me and answering any questions I may have. I also have more graphic design projects in the future for you if we like working together.
