Cartoonist Comic Illustrator

To Illustrate a childrens book about a minibus character. I will require about 12 illustrations. The books are not sold commercially. They are sponsored and given free to children in Hong Kong and China. I am a teacher in a Chinese primary school and am not allowed to do any paid activities while under contact. I will approach publishers after my contract expires and any commercial selling of the book will include royalties for the illustrator. I have completed six books so far and have been happy with the work of the illustrators. I am not concerned about reputations or experience as I am quite happy to let people who want the experience do the books. Please bid for the 12 illustrations. Not per illustartion as this can cause misunderstandings. As I am funding the whole exercise from my own pocketI am looking to keep the cost between 30 and 100 dollars. Students welcome to bid as well as established illustrators. This book is about Net Teachers in Hong Kong and the problems they face in local schools. The characters need to remain the same as in previous books. The character is a minibus in Hong Kong. His driver and NET teachers. So an cartoonist /Illustrator who is good at charactures is needed.
