Craiglist image ad with text link to our adult website needed

We are looking to find someone ASAP with experience designing visually appealing ads and experience working on the craigslist platform. This ad will be for an adult website. I will attach an ad that is somewhat similar to the look we are after but ours will be much more rugged and geared toward a gay niche market. It will have text and images. IT MUST operate so that when a browser clicks on the image or on a url link it directs them to our website. This is not easy to do on craigslist but there are many out there so it must not be too hard either.

I will also attach a visual example of something similar to how I will want our ad to appear. We would like to do this job in escrow, with 20% up front and the rest upon completion.
