Custom Magento Shopping Cart for Furniture Rental Company

Looking for a custom design of a very simple Magento based Shopping Cart for new furniture rental company. We have the page design and the content created now need the back-end finished and the custom look and feel of the interface. Looking for a simple shopping cart to easily manage our inventory for us and the end user (the customer). Main part of project is to have the unique design implemented into this shopping cart system. (doesn't look like a shopping cart program) There WILL NOT be a "Cart" or Checkout. Only using the back-end to organize the items and allow for people within our company to input the data. We have THREE sites that will work under this same store back-end and display. Each store will be unique with color and logo (from our creative department) but will have the same back-end design. Will start with this first concept and want to easily "copy and paste" the store layout to the next store. Very important to be able to work well with deadlines.
