Custom Shopping Cart, Web Sites, & Graphic Design

I need a bid for the creation of custom websites, including fully customizable shopping cart and easy to use administrative tools. Preferably I'm looking for an expert at programming shopping cart stores, bloggs, general business sites, user contributed content, customizable admin levels and contributor access levels. The first tasks would be the expert creation of multiple logos according to my specifications, as well as brilliant graphic design on our background images and borders for multiple sites (non of which exist yet). We are a start up business. Please do not bid if you do not have all the skills mentioned. For this project and bid we will be focusing on 1: The creation of 3 similar logos, each of which must be in 3 formats (large background, smaller corner/ header, and smallest address label and business card sized). and 2: The beginning of our custom shopping site and software which must have an admin section (something similar to that of Zencart) and must be scalable for multiple site usage in the future. Basically we want one store up and running soon but built in such a way that in the future it can easily extended to function for multiple sites/ businesses via both a single admin and limited aces admins for employees. And IT MUST BE EASILY UPGRADED TO OFFER RICH DYNAMIC CONTENT (Similar to or incorporating Flash like content, but with most of the 'rich' content being a feature of the home pages and the background/borders/menus of all the subpages of the future sites.). -I suspect, but dont know, that Flash may not be a good choice due to the need for easy alterations to potentialy 100's or 1000's of pages both collectivly and individualy. I need the ability to add products and photos via the admin section with just a few clicks, no programming on my side. Custom statistical gathering for any given aspect is also an eventual requirement and the software must be able to do this easily.
