Database and invoice; Excel or?

Hello.. I own a private dry cleaning business in Denmark. I am looking for a individual whom can help me by creating a system that is easy to implement into the everyday workspace. We service two types of customers, "pickup and delivery" and customers that come into our shops. Simply what we need is a database and invoice generator. Within the database we Would like to be able to filter out the work needed to be done pr day/week - and other small details within. Further more we are also thinking about outsourcing the development of a website but for now ill leave this as it is. The ideal candidate would be knowledgeable in all of the 5 entered skills.
