I will try to explain the project the best I can. Please bid only if you can provide professional quality with minor modifications all along the development process, this is a serious project.
The goal of this project is to build a multi-vendor eCommerce website from scratch (I think Magento is the best solution).
Only the logo is designed.
The website must support English & French.
Here are the specifications of the system :
- Anybody can request becoming a vendor, an administrator must approve the request before the user being able to post new object.
- Feedbacks after a sell with vendor grading system.
- Commission is taken from the sell for the website owner.
- Different level of categories
- Full article description with photo, color, reference, quantity
- Estimated delivery
- Map
- Full backup save (file + db)
I will provide the hosting.
Please bid only if you can provide excellent quality. When bidding, please provide the system you are going to use for multi-vendor purposes.
I want you to choose few templates, then I'll be able to select and buy one (I'll pay for it of course). You will have to design the graphic content of the website (slides, buttons, ... everything that is needed to personalize the chosen template).

You'll have to configure all the payement option and install the bank module.
Moreover, the website has to be responsive.
