Build a website for a Dota 2 Betting Model and Email Service

I've created a model for calculating the odds of each team winning a dota 2 match. I want a website that will handle accounts (sign up and manage account) and payment. I plan on charging a subscription after a one-month free trial, and some sort of setup to allow me to email the model output to members of the site. I would like the site to be written in ASP.net as I later plan on adding an interface that will allow members to put in their own inputs to the model (the model requires C#). I would also like it if the website was written in Bootstrap, I would pay a little more for this but it's not 100% necessary. I have get to come up with a domain name for the website, so I won't be needing a logo, just a pretty simple aesthetically pleasing website, it doesn't have to be overly dota2 themed. I will add a lot of the text content, you could just use place holder text when you're designing it.
