Each screen has 10-15 fields for either input or reporting. See an example attached. This is NOT one of the screens but an idea of what is required.
I'll provide the exact scenario. I need someone to do this quickly and professionally.
The end-result should be available on a published axure link.
Need this done in 3 days once awarded so please do not bid if you cannot complete by the deadline.
