Convert Excel Spreadsheet To Calculator To Embed In a Google Site

I have a single page spreadsheet which I want to convert to an editable calculator that can be easily uploaded and embedded into a Google Site webpage.
The spreadsheet has been attached - inputs that a user would enter are in yellow. Columns A and B are what I want displayed as a calculator.
All calculation cells within the spreadsheet have been unhidden in the spreadsheet and the spreadsheet has been unlocked to allow the formulas to be seen.
The finished calculator must be capable of being embedded in a Google Site webpage easily (preferably a swf file that i can upload as an attachment in google sites, though a functional html code would be fine too), and obviously none of the unnecessary calculation cells will be displayed, just the information which is showing in Columns A and B on the spreadsheet. The appearance of the finished calculator does not need to match the spreadsheet (which is provided to show the calculations and provide a description of the project only) and could simply have a modern and professional calculator appearance for embedding on a plain white webpage. Though a change in appearance is not necessary. I'm shooting for functionality.

we can provide this with flash as3. we are not good with graphics so can provide only very simple layout. how you want to input values to calculator?
I can make this using a Java Applet. When completed you would get a *.jar file that you can embed into your website.
