Convert a Template to a Website

I have purchased a wordpress template site that has been customised to my spec. It is being loaded and hosted with fasthosts. However I want to embed information via iframe from another site i have. The pages have various tabs and so the height of the page is dynamic and so the i frame needs to respond and be dynamic to ensure the footer from the old site is always hidden. I need a developer who can embed the the pages using an I frame that keeps the footer and header hidden at all times. I will ask for an example of this (eg embed the i frame code below into a blank page hiding the heater and footer) prior to awarding the job. What i need to be left with is a standard page in my word press site that I can duplicate, paste in the iframe embed code from a similar page and it work.
