I need someone who is willing to work for $5 an hour / the successful coder will be given the psd file to work from . if the successful coder proves to be a professional coder he will be given a lot of on going work.
it is not necessary but it would be an advantage if the html coder has skills in umbraco cms and asp.net
the coder
must use bootsrtap 3.03 / html5 / responsive
code must be very clean and uses the correct html Semantics
the template must be responsive
no inline styling all styling should be stored in a separate css file /css/[url removed, login to view]
make a separate folder file for js, css, and images
/js/[url removed, login to view]
/css/[url removed, login to view]
/images
template images should be stored in folder /images/template/
other images should be stored in folder /images/content/
all images should have meaningful name ie [url removed, login to view] , [url removed, login to view] etc ...
do not call image ... [url removed, login to view] or [url removed, login to view] . image names should not include any measurements
images should only be used to display pictures and icons
they SHOULD NOT BE USED to display color or borders etc
css should be used to create coloured boxes
tables should not be used at all in this template
the gray top bar will change colour depending on the section . therefore it is important to save the contact us icon, the phone number icon and the street icon as transparent png
the words "Section1, Section2, Section3, Section4" are not part of the template they are template markers
section 2 and section 4 need a background css image
all other section will require a background color
main site menu must be a dropdown meu
all template text must be free text, and not an image. except for the "free monthly gifts to our fans"
background colour must run 100% wide
image boarders must be made with css
to be considered as a coder you must provide a link to your previous work to demonstrate your skills in coding / asp.net / umbraco
you must demonstrate that you understand bootstrap and how it works
I need the html to be completed before Friday ...

estimated time to code the page 8 hours 10 hours at $5 Hour .
