Design and adjustment of current wesbite

We want a website designer to clean up the current design of the website to adhere to common online design traits: We do not want a new design; we just want to clean up the current one, is this clear. Sections look like they run into each other, no distinct transition between segments on the page: see this for good example [login to view URL] 2. Search bar and log in info positioned to top right similar to [login to view URL] 3. Log in details, create an account needs to be bigger 4. Close the gap between the Specials and the Essential Hospitality logo 5. Standardized fonts and white space across the website 6. Site optimization, make sure the site flows and is easy to use and check out. you must be able to show a portfolio of websites that you have already designed. You will need to be able to clearly demonstrate your abilities and ideas for our current website. Clearly some Freelancers are not reading the brief as this is the third time we have had to put the brief up!
