custom make a wordpress membership plugin with profile search features and personalized fields

i would like a plugin made that is a combination of membership plugin and social media plugin. the plugin will have customized register and login pages for 3 membership levels - free subscriber, employer and worker. i want the free subscriber to have access to limited content and the worker and employers to have access to different levels, also i would like the employer to be able to search the workers profiles with keywords to get accurate results. but the worker cant search employer profiles and employers cant see other employer profiles. also the plugin should have auto payment feature and the worker profiles have a place to add a resume for employers to download or view. other features such as auto emails to workers when employer posts new job i have the job listings plugin but want this plugin made to limit content and also allow the search profile feature. i dont mind if you know of a plugin that already does this or can manage this by integrating 2 plugins that is not a problem as long as all the features can be done.
