Create 5-100 and more websites for SEO with unique texts, link building, hosting of them, etc (this project is for the first 3 websites only)

This project with custom budget is for 3 websites only. Read terms below. I will pay 30$-50$ per one website of 7-10 pages. I need hundreds of them. There will be almost no requirements for design. You can use templates, but each site must have unique structure (not allowed to use the same template twice). Websites you creating will be for SEO purposes. You can source free templates from Internet or maybe I can provide some templates for you as well. What additionally is included to the above price for each website. 1) You should create unique texts for each website (technical subject). I will check how uniq is content. I will reject automatic rephrasing or copied texts. So you must either know howto write article or have proper person in your team who is writing articles for you. 2) You must place each website to different webhosting (different IP). You care about hosting, paying for hosting (or you can use free webhosting, but not always!), you care about work of each website. I buy and provide domain names for you. 3) You must give few external links to website to push it up in search. Sites must not be cross-linked. 30 or 50? This is depend on the quality of website for SEO purposes and additional services (such as support in social networks, etc), also depend on hosting you chose... We can discuss it later when certain website will show some results in search. With whom I will cooperate? I prefer to work with team of few people who understand what is SEO, have webmaster and writer in the team and have expeirence of building such satelite website chains without using gray methods, so who know how to do this without being banned! You must sign NDA before get more information. How many websites do I need? We can continiously generate hundreds of websites until we are tied. Those new websites will be subject for new projects. This project is for 3 websites to show your knowledge and abilities. Every bidder must show portfolio of succesfull SEO (if such portfolio is allowed to show by your customer).
