Convert a Template to a Website

Hi Joomla experts I need someone to help with a Joomla Project. when bidding - please clearly bid for Part 1 only or both part 1 & 2. Functionality required - CMS (part of Joomla already) - Document management (different level access) - VirtueMart Store - Photo Gallery - Newsletter subscription Part 2: Online training system Allow staff/contractors to register for certain Online training modules. Training can be text – link to video on YouTube etc. Staff/contractor need to indicate that they have done the training (for safety reason) and leave comments/questions Admin can create training module, class, etc and invite/assign staff to attend. Notification needs to send out to staff and staff need to login to do the training. Staff can indicate that they have done training. leave comments and can do a quiz, etc Not sure if JoomMoodle is the best tech to handle the situation or there is a better solution? You can suggest if you bid for this part.
