Advise me on security issues to make my servers more secure

I have approx 4 servers at my business and I run my own websites from these servers. I have commercial grade internet service from my ISP Comcast. I have been getting problems with outside attacks and Phishing running from my servers. I need advise on securing my servers, whatever it takes to protect my websites. Not sure exactly what to ask for, but I need advise to make sure I am protecting my servers and websites. I have read the best practices for locking down everything, but I need someone with experience to verify what I do . . . Thanks
I forgeot to mention . . . I use only Microsoft products. Windows server OS, MSSQL etc. So, please consider this for your bidding.
