Brand new website and logo design

Looking for a web designer to create a new site from scratch. Industry: providing translations and live online language lessons with the teacher via Skype Site I liked: [login to view URL] Really liked its home page, menu, drop down menu. Would like to have it as a basic model for design, but will need to change it according to my requirements. Pages for the top menu: Home| Learn Online | Translations | Learn in-person| Products There will be additional pages within, e.g. testimonials, sign up for a free trial lesson form, get a free quote form with ability to download and send documents to my e-mail, payment page Features I need on the site: - very small store option (selling 15-20 book), ability to update the books for sale easily - form for signing up for a free trial lesson and another form for translation quote - payment page (accepting credit cards) - ability to easily update/change context I am also looking for a quality logo design: high resolution, personal with full rights belonging to me.
