Changes to our existing websote

We have an existing website ([url removed, login to view]) which we need some minor changes to be made.
Below is a list of what changes need to be made:
- on the contact us page, we require the phone and fax number to be updated
- on the contact us page, we require the map of our office location to be updated
- on the contact us page, we require the address of our office to be updated
- we have a "win a free iPad" promotion icon which is out of date and needs updating
