A php page development with paypal integration

I need a page developed in php and attached with the database according to my instructions. The database is with me along with the page design already sliced in html. The provider has to embed php for connecting the page to database for form submissions. The page belongs to a website. In the page the user can upload pictures to the server and he has to pay for picture upload plan he selects through paypal. There are some static pages. More details to come to selected buyer. The work to be done in one day i.e 24 hours. I will review the completed page through skype and then will pay after receiving and testing the page with the website. You have to attach the any paypal (sandbox) account and I will add the original account myself. The page is attached. If you can deliver this for me in a day, I will pay 30 $ bonus as well.
