We require a Wordpress Expert to install and customize a wordpress Real Estate theme + complete all onsite SEO.
The Real Estate theme we have is aimed at Estate Agents who want to list their properties on our Property Sales & Lettings portal. You can view this Worpress theme here: [url removed, login to view]
As you can see from the product details the theme requires just a simple “1-Click-Install” to install on any server. We purchased the theme mainly because of the rich real estate search features and various functions that comes with this “Templatic” theme.
We however have a real estate design that was custom designed for us and we think it looks much nicer than the above theme. So we basically need a Wordpress Expert that can incorporate most (But not all) of the features and functions of the “Templatic” theme above but within our custom design. We will show you our design if you leave us a PM.
You will then have to do basic onsite SEO such as:
1. Add Title Tags
2. Add Keywords
3. Add Meta Description
4. Add Image Alt Tag
5. Add H1 Tag
6. Add H2 Tag
7. Add All In One SEO Plugin
8. Add XML Site Map Plug In
9. Add KB [url removed, login to view] Plug In
10. Add Akismet Plug In
11. Set Custom Permalink Structure
12. Install Google Analytics
13. Run W3c Validation.
This project needs to be completed within 5 working days of the freelancer being awarded the project and we are prepared to pay $100 - $150 (Maximum) for this Wordpress customization and onsite SEO work. We will deposit funds in your escrow account as soon as we award you the project. However; we will only release funds when the website has been installed + fully customized and we are 100% happy with your work.
In case we have any technical problems with your work we will require you to provide us with at least a couple of month’s technical support for your work if we have any technical problems with your work. We will pay you a further $50 bonus if you take care of any technical issues with your work 2 months after completion. If we do not experience any problems with your work within those 2 months we will STILL pay you a $50 bonus anyway. If you are not prepared to provide 2 months technical support for your work then please DO NOT bid on this project.
