Auction / garage sale site.

I am looking for a web site that is an online auction / garage sale. Where users log on and can sell their items i would like to have paypal credit card bank desposit cash etc. Want a simple site with a single column forum that goes down the first 1/3 of the page that continues for the entire site no matter what page they are on, where people place there items to start with and can talk, so photos and talking in time order so most recent is at the top of course, and the other 2/3 taken up by pictures of the items, with basic words under them. So a person logs in and places a photo or photos into the first 1/3 column and as they place a photo a box pops up where they can tick boxes of different key words for other people to search for this item, one of the boxes is already ticked and that's called [login to view URL] could be bed, car, bike, lounge. Kitchen, sports, water etc. Also in a small area of this is pop up is a accepted payment type tick box as well with cash, paypal, bank desposit etc. then the photo is automatically placed into the other 2/3 of the page with a link attached to it to the forum entry in the left 1/3 of the page. I would need an admin login so that I could login and delete entries. A phone number would need to be added to each photo, automatically as well as price. The phone number would be taken from the account info, as everyone wishing to sell would need an account. Would like accounts to be kept simple. First Name, Phone Number, email address. 12 digit min pass code . ( would like a box that has at least 12 boxes and adds one more box as needed, in this thing is what they type their pass code. Note pass code not password, this way only the pass code is needed to enter, no user name or password needed. I want a secret ip logger for every entry of the forum. This would be a good start, This is one of dozens of sites that need to be started. Would prefer to work with the same person with all of them.
