Complete Online Shop Website Software & Manual Required

I am looking for someone or a company to design an online store. I would prefer someone based in Australia as I may wish to talk via phone to discuss requirements, and as this will more than likely lead to more work for the freelancer on a regular bases, an Australian based person or company would suit me better. I require: As we deal in both digital items as well as physical products we require, an online shop that offers buyers the option to either download a digital item purchased, straight after payment is made via Paypal, or for the buyer to be able to have actual products posted out to them via post. I would need on the front page, expandable category lists. Then on the actual individual product sales page I would need to be able to add if possible... html script that displays the actual item for sale (Contact me if this does not make sense) I already have product sales pages that are already in html so it would be good for me to be able to paste these product pages INTO the website product pages. I would like people to be able to make multiple purchases. I would like for buyers to have the option of setting up an account, so they wouldn't need to add there postal address each time they visit the shop, but I would also like 'guests' to be able to make one off purchases via Paypal without them having to set up an account. I intend to use this website/online shop myself... however I would also like to be able to make my own changes to it further down the track and be able to resell this website/online shop, so I would also require a manual of such on how to install the website onto a server and a breif 'how to guide' for adding products and setting up the payment info. Paypal is the only payment gateway I require for this shop. It would be good for the buyer to be able to change the shops currency to their own countries, however the default currency shown would be Australian. I would also have included the usual tabs like FAQ, About Us, Contact Us.. (There would need to be a contact us form on the website) A banner section at the bottom where I could place an advertisement banner and have it hyper linked it to another site. I would like the front page to allow for some product pictures... that possibly rotate randomly or to allow for me to coose from the admin section which products are featured on the front page of the shop. At completion I would require all the website shop files as well as the manual etc to be sent to me on CD. I would pay for the cd and postage etc. I would not require you to put the products on the webshop (I will do that once I install it onto my hosting) however it would be good if there was a couple of 'demo products' in the shop. I would require an admin section where I could: Have access to customer database showing items they purchased etc, Product listing and editing section where I can add new products or delete products or HIDE products from the shop. I would also like to be able to mass email buyers who have opted to recieve emails from the webstore. I would like to have access to in the admin section, product specifications like: how many of each item has been purchased. When a customer buys an item, I would like the website store to automatically send me an email advising me of the sale details, the product and shipping method whether it was digitally downloaded or whether I have to physically post the product, so if it's a physical product the customers name and postal address and customers contact email address, would need to be included in that email notification. I would also require that when a customer makes a purchase, that they automatically recieve an email from the webstore confirming their purchase. (I would like to be able to set up and edit this comfirmation email template to the customer in the admin section of the website. If this all works out well... I will be requiring a lot more work done in the future.
