Advertise for donors my donations sites

I'm looking for somebody who can help me develope my 2 donations sites, so they look more attractive to potential donors. Also I need to advertise them on Twitter and other social networks online. An extra bonus of 5%/donation, is awarded if you successfully attract donors who donate $150 or more.
