last designer couldnt complete project, i need someone to finish the site. MOST of the work is done!!!!! Selling gym shoes, urban gear, and some high end fashions. I also need this linked to my merchant account. I plan to not spend a lot for this project so IF YOU CANT DO THIS WITHIN MY BUDGET DO NOT BID! DO NOT BID! DO NOT BID! I am looking for inexpensive, HIGH quality, Efficient work and in return I will refer all of my collegues to you from henceforth. the shoppingcart, domain and hosting is already established. Just remember my target market is the "hip hop" generation and those that are stereotypically, "snoody" and likes wearing gucci, armani, etc. So find a way to blend the two.
