Business Directory Site from installed wordpress theme

I have purchased and installed a Wordpress theme called DirectoryPress at www.annearundeldirectory.com.

I need someone to go in and modify and customize it so the site looks the way I need it to look, by using the DirectoryPress manual. This is for one county, and if a good job is done here then the sites will be duplicated into other nearby counties. Categories of businesses must be input. Also, businesses get free listings plus chance to upgrade. There is a reciprocal link feature which must be activated.

Wordpress is installed, and the Them is installed.
