We will need to re-design our current website:
- Current website runs on Wordpress (please find our current domain name in the attached file). We would prefer the new site to run on Wordpress or OSC, or other open source CMS
- Most of the images will be retrieved from current website. We will provide additional images and information as required by the developer
- The development website should be initially hosted in your own development domain / subdomain, and upon approval you will need to support us to host it on our own cPanel webhost. We are family with Wordpress but will need guidance if we are developing this on other CMS
- The new website should follow the style of our selected reference website ([login to view URL]). It doesn't have to be exactly the same but the clean / elegant style should remain
- We will consider only bidders who quote "CMS" in their first response / bid message to us
- Milestone payment of 20% upon awarding the project, 40% upon approving of the developed website on your development web host, and final 40% payment upon deployment of the delivered website on our own webhost (cpanel)
