Convert/set up Word Press Template " Basic "

Hello I am looking for someone that can complete the set up my wordpress template. You must be able to configure 1 video file into html 5 so that the video plays on all browser formats. Also you should be able to take English direction very well. I would like my site to be set up like the demo with a few small changes. But over all you will create the menu my site,set up sliders,and post with the content I have. You must know every thing about wordpress template, html5 for this job. My budget is $55.00 for this job. As it does not require a lot of work. I need the site done in 2-3 days tops. Please review the demo template and contact me if your interested asap.
