Adult site design needed similar to one provided

We're an adult affiliate website that is looking for a fresh new design, and need a skilled web design oriented individual to perform the design tasks for us. There is a site that we have in mind that we'd like our site to look similar to. We'd like the design to be dynamic enough to produce top viewed picture and video galleries, etc. We've been told that the site that we're looking at would be easy to use as a baseline for what we need, and should be able to be done at a fairly reasonable cost, so we know what we're looking for. This is a low budget project as we're only an affiliate site, so please keep this in mind when bidding. Over priced bids or low bids with a higher rate requirement listed in PM will be instantly trashed. Please bid accordingly.
