Add a page to an existing BigCommerce site that is designed for users to subscribe to receive a free ebook.
BigCommerce site is already integrated with mailchimp. Need the page to be set up as an auto responder with some supporting content displaying on the page. Very simple and clean design required.
Only want 2 fields to be entered by users and then a 'Submit' button below.
