Adsense Account for my Website generating $15 per day

Modify my already existing website and create an adsense account that generates around $15 per day. PERKS: Alongside the bidding amount, I am willing to pay you extra 25% commission for the next 6 months if this project is successful and if I generate constant earning. WHAT I REQUIRE: I need an experienced professional who is willing to do this job. I have the domain name, 8 months old. And I am willing to help with the content. However you have full freedom to modify the site and add content accordingly. I'd like to see similar sites you've developed, please do not bid if you are not capable of delivering this. Content and design will be up to you (using a cms such as wordpress is fine). IMPORTANT REQUIREMENTS: 1. We don't have an Adsense account so you will need to create a approved account. Please provide precise overview/plan before starting the project, and some sample articles to check them. 2. Site MUST ADHERE TO ADSENSE TERMS 100% 3. Site should contain unique content with unique posts/articles for minimum 3 months (1 article/week), meaning 12 articles that are not published yet - Strictly no copying from the internet. We will check for content duplication. 4. Must be original and SEO optimized with keywords used frequently 5. SEO Marketing as required 6. Must generate at least $15 a day 7. All copyrights will be assigned to me in writing 8. Unique organic traffic (no bots or traffic buy sites) 9. Site must have Google Analytics code so I can see the site statistics 10. Payment will only be made AFTER I see constant income in my Adsense account and receive the first payment. I will hold the payment until this point. 11. No partial payments, sorry.
