I am looking for someone to develop an auction website where the bid lowers each time someone makes an offer. I need the functionality to be similar to Craigslist's classifieds meets eBay (i.e. pick your state, then pick the closest city, upload a description and picture, make payments, leave feedback). The first person will make an offer, and then all the other offers that come in must be lower. The individual who listed the auction pays a percentage for the service automatically at auction end.
Overall, this website must be simple and look professional.
