Office case or project management software: There will be 3 steps on office project management There are 2 ADMINS AND 10 STAFF 1 - ADMIN POSTING A JOB AND ASSIGN ANY STAFF OR MULTIPLE STAFF 2- STAFF RECEIVE AN EMAIL TO START TO JOB 3- WHEN STAFF FINISH THE JOB STAFF WILL SEND THE JOB ON DATE TABLE with date / time reminder to user and admin date table sample [login to view URL] user dashboard sample [login to view URL] admin will post a project same s here posting a job with the options and admin can assign any staff for the project selected staff will receive an email to start to job with start date complete date and messages and other details (ONLY ADMIN ABLE TO CHANGE) Staff will be login in to User page dashboard to see the all jobs / projects assigned for him user dashboard sample [login to view URL] in the job page will be selectable items with jobs index - details Items to select with 2 option 1- DONE or 2- NOT YET so job line will be in red color until the all items selected DONE on user dashboard admin should be able check the user dashboards to see completed jobs and not completed jobs And user login date and times LAST STEP date table sample [login to view URL] after the project job finished will be listed by the assigned staff to Date Table visible for all other users and admins with the reminder email s to check anything not clear please email me
