Build a Landing page in Wordpress

I would want to have a high converting landing page to be created on an already developed page which already has content. I was thinking of creating a landing page with the following features. 1. Allow the visitor to upload their Resume – Do not worry. I have a plugin that can do that 2. A button to order or one that takes visitors to a pricing section on the page or a different page. 3. All features of our service. 4. Beautifully done Here is the additional information. You can see what I was trying to do with my limited creativity on this page. [login to view URL] The landing page is that section just below the page title and above the “resume tips” heading. The existing page is build with visual composer and it’s add-ons. I am open to having it build with any builder. I am flexible when it comes to affecting the whole page but I also would want the content below the lading page to remain. I would request that you. 1. Offer suggestions and the best way forward 2. Send Sample of any of your great works 3. How long it would take to finish this. 4. Can this project be implemented with visual composer and what other builder do you suggest?
