To create an online bookstore with a platform you will recommend (excluding shopify or others with gross percentage over sales) I prefer a hosted ecommerce if possible.
amazon / lazada similar design and functionality but with simplicity of this site [url removed, login to view]
* The most important is for me to import/export into the store the csv file from [url removed, login to view] or readerware software (check them before bidding) sample files attached
* website can process information from entered ISBN using amazon API, Goodreads, barnes and noble, booksamillion
* can search inventory by title, ISBN, author, keyword
Additional
1. users can checkout as guest or with facebook, google account
2. users have the option to pay via COD
