Build an Online Store

I am looking to develop an online store with functionality like The Iconic - it's easy to browse and add items to cart, refine searches by colour, price, sizes etc, includes a search box, allows for photos of each product, facility to show promotions, discounts and bonuses, subscription for promotional material to be emailed out, social media connectivity and they provide various payment means and they offer various delivery options with a simple online returns process. The website needs to be able to show stock availability and back in stock timing (despatch date). It needs to be a contemporary destination for someone who is an image conscious and street wise online user. This is a start up online store which will be used to market and sell apparel and footwear for men and women in a niche area. The website needs to have the capacity for further development and future scale in mind. It will be a destination for users to see what is current, new and unique to purchase at a competitive price.
